The first Annual General Meeting of the Pimp Hall Allotment Association will be held
on Saturday 7th June 2014 at 11:00am.
At the allotments site.
The agenda and any supporting documents will be sent out following
the committee meeting on 25th April 2014.
Members are reminded that the deadline for motions
must be notified 14 days prior to the meeting and
signed by the proposers and seconders. (rule 45)
A sale of plants will be also take place on Saturday 7th June, all proceeds to PHAA.
If members would like to contribute by donating plants for the sale please let me know.
